Minimum Rental:
Minimum rental is one day 24h
Every hour in excess is calculated at the 1/5 of the daily rate.

Age Requirements/Drivers license:
Minimum Age: 23
Minimum driving experience of 2 years. If you are more than 70 years old, please state so during your rental request.
For citizens coming from USA,CANADA,AUSTRALIA, and CHINA an international permit / Drivers licence, is obligatory and required.
For all other non -EU citizens, the international permit is optional.

Driving Area Restrictions:
Ferrying the car: it is only allowed with the written authorization of Lagos Rent a Car. Vehicles must stay within the territory of Milos.
For trips to Kimolos island in a case of emergency 450€ is the minimum reparation.
During sea transport, company does not cover you for damages or loss of the vehicle.
West and East ( old Sulfur Mines ) parts of the island you can visit only with 4×4.

Traffic Fines Tickets:
Traffic fines tickets from any violation of the Greek traffic law during rental period are born solely by the renter.

Tire Damages:
All the damages to tires, rims and under the car, are not covered by any insurance.

Condition of the vehicle on the returning to our office:
On the returning of the vehicle to our office, it should be in excellent condition on the outside ( no scratches, dents …) and inside ( no rips in seats, carpets and spill of fluids to destroy them).
Dust issues, mud,dirt are not considered as a damage to the vehicle.
Any damages on tires,windshield,windows and underneath the car is not covered by any insurance.

Fuel Policy:
Pick up/ Bring up , with the same tank level.

C.D.W Excess amount: With 8€ / Day
The renter is not responsible for damages of the car beyond 800€ + VAT.
The above stand under the condition, that there was no violation of the traffic regulation.
No insurance covers damages on the under parts the inside of the vehicle as well as theft of personal belongings.
In case of damage due to an accident and CDW insurance was purchased by the renter, the renter is also charged for the days that the vehicle was stand still for repair.
